Remote Trout Ponds

I had the opportunity to explore some of Maine's remote heritage brook trout ponds this weekend with another guide and good friend of mine.  We stumbled upon some pretty special places and caught some absolutely beautiful wild native brook trout on dry flies, even in late August!  I will be opening up opportunities to fish these ponds next year as a guided trip from a canoe so anyone can experience true Maine wilderness fly fishing in one of the last strongholds for wild native brook trout!
